Gates open about 150 minutes before kick-off (Gamba Osaka matchday rules). The autumn colour forecast is our estimate based on the peak times on the park's official "autumn leaves spots" page and shifts with the weather each year.
The park is open 9:30–17:00 (last entry 16:30). For a 15:00 or 16:00 kick-off you can see the leaves in the morning and walk to the stadium when the gates open. The 19:00 ACL matches fall on Wednesdays, when the park is closed.

Times are a guide. Seeing the leaves needs the park entry ticket (¥450 for high school students and older, free for younger children), which is separate from your match ticket.

Good to know before you go
- Park closed on Wednesdays: on the ACL match days, 28 October and 25 November, you cannot see the leaves in the park.
- The park closes at 17:00: see the leaves before the match; the park is closed afterwards.
- Tickets online only: sold only on the club's ticket site. Tickets bought on the day cost ¥400 more.
- No bottles or cans: staff will pour drinks into a paper cup at the entrance.
- 21 November will be very busy: Ramen EXPO opens and the "Expo Night Sky Becomes Art" fireworks are held the same day. The monorail will be crowded too, so allow extra time.
- Free autumn leaves guided walks: held on 17 November, 23 November and 1 December, none of which is a match day.
From Banpaku-kinen-koen Station on the Osaka Monorail it is about 5 minutes on foot to the park's Central Gate and about 15 minutes to the stadium.

Will the leaves be at their best on the Osaka derby day, 8 November?
By the official peak times, the golden plane trees on the Nishi-oji avenue and the zelkovas should be at their best, while the maples are just starting to turn. Timing shifts with the weather each year.
Can I see the leaves on the weekday evening ACL match days?
No. 28 October and 25 November are Wednesdays, when Expo '70 Commemorative Park is closed.
