Gamba Osaka play at Panasonic Stadium Suita, a 40,000-capacity football-specific ground inside Expo '70 Commemorative Park. It is about a 15-minute walk from Bampaku-kinen-koen station on the Osaka Monorail. Tickets are sold only through the club's own website — there are no convenience-store sales. The 2026/27 season opened on 7 August 2026.
How do I get to the stadium?
Two monorail stations serve the ground and both are about a 15-minute walk: Bampaku-kinen-koen and Koen-Higashiguchi. Because the distance is the same either way, the second station is a useful escape when the first one is packed. Wheelchair users are directed to Koen-Higashiguchi.

The shuttle bus runs on home matchdays only, from about 4 hours before kickoff, from bay 04 at the west exit of JR Ibaraki. Gates open 150 minutes before kickoff.
How do I buy a ticket?
Only through the club's own ticket site, and you will need to register a J.League ID first. Nothing is sold at convenience stores. There is a window at the ground on matchdays, but it costs 400 yen more per ticket, assigns your seat for you, and closes when the advance sale is exhausted.

The club uses dynamic and per-seat pricing, so the figures above are base prices and the actual price for your match may differ. Set up the J.League ID account before you travel — doing it at the gate under time pressure, in Japanese, is unpleasant.
What will stop me at the gate?
Three things catch visitors out: bottles and cans cannot be brought in at all, away colours are only allowed in the visitor and mixed sections, and re-entry closes 20 minutes into the second half. Bags are checked at the entrance.

Gates open 2 hours 30 minutes before kickoff. The club recommends arriving about 90 minutes before.
How do I get home after the match?
The monorail is a two-car-per-train line serving a 40,000-seat stadium, so the queue after a full house is long. Exit gates are restricted from 15 minutes before the whistle and the crowd is released in stages. The useful trick is that both stations are the same 15-minute walk away.
- Split the queue. Bampaku-kinen-koen and Koen-Higashiguchi are both about 15 minutes from the ground. If one concourse is jammed, the other costs you nothing extra in walking.
- Load your IC card before the match, not after. The ticket machines only take cash and the queues for them are worse than the queues for the platform.
- Or simply wait. The park approach is pleasant and the crush clears within about half an hour.

Can I buy a ticket at the stadium on the day?
Yes, at the matchday window, for 400 yen more per ticket, with the seat assigned automatically. But if the advance sale has sold out there are no matchday tickets at all, so buying online in advance is safer.
Can I buy Gamba Osaka tickets at a convenience store?
No. The club sells tickets only through its own online ticket site, which requires a J.League ID account. There are no convenience-store or shop sales.
Can I wear the away team's shirt?
Only in the visitor reserved seats and the designated mixed sections. Everywhere else is home area and away colours are not permitted, and there are ticket and clothing checks inside the concourse.
Can I bring a drink into the stadium?
Not in a bottle or a can — those cannot be brought in. Staff will have you pour the contents into a paper cup at the entrance instead.
Do I have to pay park admission to reach the stadium?
This is not stated either way on any official page, so we will not claim it. The 450 yen park admission covers the Natural and Cultural Gardens and the Japanese Garden, and the football stadium is not listed among the facilities that require it. If in doubt, ask at the gate.
