Run directly by a wholesale butcher, and it shows — reviews call it "the best yakiniku in Esaka" and "the best meal we had in the area." The beef is remarkably tender and deeply flavored, and many mention the quality of the kimchi. Reservations are essentially required; one reviewer turned away without one booked on the spot for the next day and came back. Easiest to get in right at opening (around 5 pm).
