Reviews
A retro shokudo founded in 1958. The famous beef cutlet teishoku (¥850) comes with rice, red miso soup and pickles; the karashi-and-house-sauce combination "bites just right." The egg-drop red miso soup is a signature of its own. Showa-era yoshoku classics line the menu — shrimp tempura + whitefish tempura + ham salad in the A set — cooked slowly and with love by an elderly couple. Locals call it "Suita heritage" and "a shop that must never disappear." Just four 4-seat tables.
