Reviews
Seasonal washoku famous for hamo (pike conger) courses in summer and fugu in winter. The fugu is broken down in-house — one review describes tessa so fresh the flesh was still quivering — and satisfaction runs high through to the closing zosui. Small plates like fried daikon in broth and simmered whelk are praised for their dashi, and the sake list is carefully chosen. Private rooms; one family with a two-year-old reports being warmly welcomed, and some regulars order New Year osechi here.
