Reviews
An udon shop run by a noodle mill, with a local queue to prove it. The broth — urume, iriko and kombu, simple but deep — and the daily-made noodles with real bite earn the marks. One English review: "ate here before the Asahi Beer tour — best udon of my life." The tamago-don + udon set is the favorite; fresh-fried tempura and the shichimi on the table also please. The sweet-simmered aburaage splits opinion. Note the short, lunch-centered hours.
