When will the shops be announced?
Not yet, as of September 2026. The organiser announces the line-up session by session on ramen-expo.com and X (@ramen_expo); each shop's name, region and soup type will be added here as soon as it appears.
How many shops per session?
About 10 (60 shops divided over 6 sessions).
Does the same shop appear in more than one session?
As a rule, no — the whole line-up changes each session. If there is a shop you want, go on the dates of its session.
Can I try all 60 in one day?
No. Only that day's session — about 10 shops — is on site. Visiting all 60 means going to all six sessions.
