Allergens (official listing)
Japan's 8 mandatory and 20 recommended allergen items used in the main menu. Stalls share cooking equipment and staff, so trace contamination cannot be ruled out — ask the staff at the stall if you have an allergy.
Good for:For those who want a creamy chicken paitan lifted by yuzu so it drinks light.
About the shop
A chicken-paitan specialist that opened in 2022 in a container-house shop in Naruo, Nishinomiya (Hyogo). Known for a thick, creamy chicken broth, the spicy 'Red soba' with Korean-style jang, and charcoal yakitori; a second shop opened near JR Nishinomiya in 2023. At the EXPO it serves an event-only yuzu chicken paitan.

Reviews and eating tips
What people say
A local-media tasting report on the Nishinomiya shop praises the creamy broth of the regular 'Red' chicken paitan and the charcoal-grilled chicken. The yuzu bowl here is an event-only menu, different from the one reviewed.
Eating tips
It is a chicken broth, but the official allergen listing also includes pork, milk and egg — this is not a pork-free bowl. Please note if you avoid pork for religious or other reasons.
