About the shop

A dried-sardine (niboshi) ramen specialist opened in 2018 inside the CONOBA Korigaoka complex in Hirakata, Osaka. Known for rich and light niboshi ramen and a stream of limited-time bowls such as the ultra-spicy 'Niboshi Daimao'. This is its third Ramen EXPO after 2024 and 2025.

Reviews and eating tips

What people say
Reviews of the home shop in Hirakata praise the balance of noodles, broth and toppings in its regular niboshi ramen, plus the clean interior and service. This shrimp-and-pork bowl is a different style from the shop's usual menu.

Eating tips
Three whole shrimp come head-on and in the shell — peel and eat just the meat if the shell is hard. Shrimp is in the official allergen listing, so avoid this bowl if you have a shellfish allergy.

Dates and venue

Sat 21 Nov only: public hours end at 16:00 for the Expo fireworks; after 16:00 it is a private event run by the fireworks organiser, for fireworks ticket holders only

When is Niboshi Ramen Anchovy at Ramen EXPO?

In Session 1, 21 Nov (Sat) – 23 Nov (Mon). It does not appear in other sessions, as the shops change each session.

Where is the venue?

Festival Plaza in Expo '70 Commemorative Park. The nearest station is Banpaku-kinen-koen on the Osaka Monorail.

Is there an entry fee?

Ramen EXPO itself is free, but you pay the park entry fee (¥450 for high-school age and up, free for younger children). Ramen is sold by ticket.
