Allergens (official listing)
Japan's 8 mandatory and 20 recommended allergen items used in the main menu. Stalls share cooking equipment and staff, so trace contamination cannot be ruled out — ask the staff at the stall if you have an allergy.
Good for:A good first bowl if you want real rich tonkotsu but worry about a strong pork smell.
About the shop
A lively Hakata-yatai-style noodle bar under the Hankyu tracks, one minute from JR Sannomiya's East Exit. Its signatures are the 'Kobe tonkotsu' (pork bones simmered 20+ hours) and chashu ramen with rare sangen-pork chashu; charcoal skewers and offal are on the menu too.

Reviews and eating tips
What people say
A local-media feature (KissPRESS) praises the pork broth for its low gaminess and the moist sangen-pork chashu. Customer reviews mention the thick, creamy broth and the convenient location by the station.
Eating tips
Thin noodles soak up broth fast — take your photo quickly and start eating right away. Both broth and toppings are pork.
