About the shop

Reviews and eating tips
What people say
Reviews of the Uehommachi (HiHi Town) shop praise the clean savouriness of the clear 'kuradashi' soy-sauce ramen and the pairing with a tuna-and-pickle rice bowl. This Aso-miso bowl is a different menu item.
Eating tips
Miso from Aso in Kyushu is gently sweet rather than sharp (the official blurb also says 'slightly sweet'). The official allergen listing also includes beef, egg and gelatin.
