About the shop
A ramen shop in Ikeda, Osaka. Its signature 'Queen Bee ramen' is hot and numbing: a chicken broth with a secret miso tare of sansho pepper, chili and about 20 spices. A non-spicy chicken paitan, 'Genten', is also on the menu. A Ramen EXPO regular that also exhibited in 2025.

Reviews and eating tips
What people say
A tasting report on the Ikeda shop describes the regular 'Queen Bee ramen' as a deep bowl where meat and seafood savouriness meet spice aroma, heat and the numbing tingle of sansho pepper. It is not a review of this event bowl itself.
Eating tips
Expect heat and strong spices — skip it if you don't like spicy food. The white bits floating in the broth are pork back fat. Stir the meat miso and spices in well before you start.
