About the shop
A tsukemen and ramen shop in Utsunomiya, Tochigi. Its signature is a thick chicken paitan broth simmered for over six hours every day, served as rich dipping noodles or as lighter ramen. The shop bills itself as a 'revival after ten years' and has tatami seating for families.

Reviews and eating tips
What people say
Reviews of the Utsunomiya shop praise how the thin, snappy noodles carry the thick chicken paitan broth. A local feature notes the strong savouriness and saltiness of the tsukemen dipping broth and the generous noodle portions.
Eating tips
The broth is chicken and vegetables, but the official allergen listing also includes pork, shrimp, crab, milk, egg and gelatin — it is not a chicken-only bowl. Check at the stall if you have restrictions.
