About the shop
A tsukemen specialist in Tanimachi 6-chome, Osaka, known for its rich pork-and-chicken seafood dipping broth and house-made noodles; a second shop, 'JAWS 2nd' in Tamatsukuri, is famous for hand-kneaded noodles. For the EXPO it brings a luxury version of the salt ramen that won a Kansai ramen magazine's grand prix.

Reviews and eating tips
What people say
Tasting reports on the main shop (Tanimachi 6-chome) praise the chewy house-made noodles and the rich pork-chicken-seafood dipping broth. The salt ramen has been presented at past events as a development of the free-range-chicken shio ramen from the second shop, JAWS 2nd.
Eating tips
A light, clear salt broth — the fun is comparing the three kinds of chashu. Official allergens: wheat, mackerel, pork.
